Be a scientist and learn all things ocean while having fun on standup paddleboards!Learn about the importance of taking caring of our oceans and what you can do to help! Explore beautiful Mission Bay in this activity-packed camp. Throughout the week, you will study the science of the surf zone and the harbor environments. You’ll also have a chance to participate in fun activities focusing on marine animals and their environment. This camp includes scientific sampling and marine animal observation, ocean-inspired art creations, marine debris awareness and collection, stand up paddleboarding in Mission Bay, watershed exploration, and some playtime at the beach!
